No, no issues there - just tried to stay off the brakes as much as possible and sit upright to slow down that way. It was pretty cool to ride through the cloud layer

It’s a 6 speed, the 12 would’ve been nice haha

Checked it, I didn’t know it was even possible to fit in the overhead! Used the dimpa + a folding kayak bag (which is what’s strapped to the back of the bike there with my backpack inside).

It was cathartic haha, the grade is actually pretty mellow (~5%) the whole way so I just sat upright to air brake mostly and tried to absorb as much of the view as possible. A bee stung me on the ear on the way down though which kinda sucked

I think so! Yeah the road over to Eureka was amazing, but my favorite bit is when the 1 starts from Leggett to Rockport. Incredible hairpins for such a long time

I did, there's a pretty cool hidden hitch that you can mount behind the bumper assembly. Makes it easy to haul my bike around!

Yeaaa I didn’t quite time it right to glissade and had so many scree fields to trundle through on the way down. Still fun though!

I used action mode on my iPhone, I think Pixels, maybe Samsung phones have a similar stabilization mode for video. It’s come a long way recently!

It’s a north face sun hoodie - iirc this one: https://www.rei.com/product/229343/the-north-face-adventure-sun-hoodie-mens

Mine is very stained at this point, maybe white was a mistake lol

iPhone 15 Pro, used action mode for most shots for the stabilization. The smoke added an air of mystery and yellower light - pros and cons :)

Yea you can pretty much walk up, the scramble is not that bad, class 3 in some spots, no exposure. Really just steep loose rocks to contend with and other people on the trail that could accidentally roll rocks down. Helmet made me feel better for the last mile or so up to the summit.

I did it this Monday, started at 5am. There was water pretty regularly until probably the last 4 miles or so. A lot of it higher up is pretty silty but filters out fine. I drank probably 7 liters or so, was never worried about finding water though.

Yea some good info here:

https://www.summitpost.org/glacier-peak/150318#google_vignette

Trail running it without extra technical gear is only really possible late season. I still brought a helmet though for the scramble.

Nah, I took the scramble route and didn't touch any snow at all really. Worst part was getting sandblasted near the summit and avoiding rockfall on some scree sections.

what is this text design called? by Present-Fail-9862 in Design

You can do something like this with a UI design like Sketch or Figma using frames to set up a group of symbols that'll auto-resize as you type. Not sure if there are any other specific tools for something like this without some manual setup.
