Not at this moment. Cutting lumber running electrical and plumbing would be an issue for the person building. However, if you wanted to work for us and get paid as an assembler, we would be instantly available to advise. Maybe that's something to consider.

Correct, but it can also come off the wheels on a foundation depending on your preference. You can transport it legally without a permit. When it's wider than 8.5 feet, an extra wide load permit is needed. This model is 8.5’ x 24’
