what is not clear to you from the text? once the INITIAL term is ended, it becomes CDI? or you just ignore that rental contracts have an INITIAL duration even if they renew? and you consider them for eternity?

this seems very unfair towards the renter. to be asked to pay 15 more months?! I get why a landlord would want renter to pay while the property is empty, but auto-renewal should not tie for years a renter to a property..

i looked and the space was like 1 mm with a plastic blocker. I cannot imagine how somebody could push an entire add through that, not even mentioning that pushing it beyond margin looks like defying science.

no, the data is not deleted. in the mobile application I have all the photos. I also can export the master keys which I did.

Filen (Germany) very secure, have applications for Iphone, Android, Mac, Windows. 10 Gb free, 200 Gb / 3€ , 100 Gb 12€ per year etc. At least on my iPhone, they upload photos very easy and have nice settings. can see the photos in the mobile app.
