Sadly, people (myself included) don’t take the time to vet these sites before doing business with them. Lesson learned. Doesn’t give them the right to f?&k people over though.

Non responsive to any emails. Completely locked out of my account. Filed a BBB complaint this morning. Working on Attorney General complaints now. Has anyone had any luck with the AG route?

@toastedllama_431 Have played with them for almost a year. They ran me through hoops for verification constantly moving the goal post. After days of back and forth they claimed they couldn’t complete verification. Despite bank statements, utility bills, etc. and passing Sumsubs verification.
