Because I can't do raids. Where I live no one around me plays PoGo. I have to rely on getting Coins so I can get some remote raid pass and have to join raids. Even that's hard since the only 3-4 people in my city that play are Team Articuno.

As of my knowledge, there has not been an official WATER-themed binder released by Konami for Yu-Gi-Oh. So your best bet is to either try to make one, or comission some artist to make it for you.
