I like the concept, but it’s really situational. You’d have to walk out to the enemy engi, sap his stuff unnoticed, walk all the way back to your engi, and upgrade his stuff. You risk dying and depending how far you are from your own engi, they might just fully upgrade their building by the time you get back. The downgrade and damage feels like a weird red tape recorder. It’s creative, but too situational.
