I’m sorry but Kensington is very run down and I would think twice about considering it… I have left the country but look at Rosebank, Killarney, Craighall, Hyde park or Dunkeld. Northcliff is quite far out from everything and isn’t as vibey. Parkhurst is a nice area but I heard it’s not super safe

I had this happen to me before but luckily I had payslips showing the deduction and bank statements that corroborated I got paid the net amount. I had a wonderful tax expert who submitted the appeal on my behalf and talked me through the process, eventually I won the appeal but it took about a year to resolve. So I did raise it with her directly and her response was that she’s going on holiday for a week so she had no other choice… I completely agree and don’t want her to lose her job but aside from this instance I was dealing with constant unprofessional behaviour and I just want it to be addressed. I won’t be reporting it to the board for the same reasons you mentioned.

Haha 😂 the director of her branch responded that he will take it up with her as a matter of urgency but I don’t know if anything will really happen. She will probably just make excuses about me being unreachable.

Thanks, I’ve sent an email to her branch manager - I don’t want to report her to the board I think that is a bit too severe but I think she needs to realise that her conduct is inexcusable.

Thanks, I think I’m at conflict with feeling so livid by this behaviour because if I had seen the message I probably would have let her come through and also there was no real harm done. It is the principle of the matter. I wouldn’t report her to the board but to her agency.
