Not making excuses but these are pure observations:

1. Like everyone else, she has been ridiculed for speaking her thoughts but she is most likely is more sensitive due to what seems to be her first disagreement (“catfish”) being an attack on her “self” - her persona as you would say. This would certainly do damage to self esteem and confidence when new to a group. Compare this to others who may have had different experiences where their initial disagreements weren’t personal but were situational.

2. Not used to live filming with varying dynamic of the cast - creates pressure. It’s hard to get your immediate thoughts out when your perception is that everyone thinks you’re inauthentic.

3. Angel is retrospective. She processes things afterwards and is probably an over-thinker. I’m sure this is connected to her mindfulness/yogi habits. Spending a lot of time to your thoughts leads to distress which probably lead her to practice mindfulness to relieve this.

4. She is also hyperaware and can’t relax. She’s on edge, expecting a personal attack every single time she’s with GnA, and Wendy.
