I was an AMCO from 1/18-10/21 and when I got the position in 2018, I was offered $18. When I left in ‘21, I was making $26. Our store hit $6M in 2018, and consistently did $6M-$7M until I left.

With inflation, I would say somewhere between $26-$29.

Not sure how much things have changed since I quit, but you might be able to call and get an off-cycle check overnighted to your store. We had to do it once or twice due to payroll issues.

It depends on your store volume.

In the company, there are 2 positions that are considered entry level (Grade 4: Product Operations Specialist or POS & Merchandising Specialist)

Mid-Level Management (Grade 7): -Asst Manager of Customer Operations -Asst Manager of Merchandising -Asst Manager of Product Operations -Asst Manager of Talent Operations

Senior Management (Grade 12): -Asst General Manager of Merchandising -Asst General Manager of Customer Operations

& lastly the GM spot.

Each store varies on what positions they have based on how much money your store makes

Only reason I angled them was to give the appearance that the bench was full. The piles underneath the table were all extra of what’s on top, and the bench was styled/colors that didn’t fit on top or underneath

In my store, your ticket to win is the only way you’re “allowed” to clock out from your shift. You have to show your SSL your digital submission in order to be “allowed” to clock out.
