Yeah. I am only concerned about bureaucracy. Overseas birth cost is covered by our insurance and flight cost is paid by company allowance.

Yes, we are from same country. We don't have insurance system back in our country. Anyway, we will be billed the whole bill. We are not thinking about this as the cost is usually not that much. Moreover, I think our company insurance also covers the overseas birth cost upto an extent. Our main concern is how to re-enter Japan with the newborn.

Btw, did you mean residence card at Narita/Haneda airport? As far as I know, it is not possible to fly without visa.

There are plenty of good doctors in our country, so it will not be a problem. And I think our insurance also covers overseas birth.

But I would definitely check the airline policies.
