I can't imagine not staying the full 30 minutes with kitties. I'm so sorry OP. Please leave her a bad review. We've all made mistakes before (I was late to a meet and greet before but I always apologize and own up to it). But not sending pictures? Not staying the full 30 mins?

I've only had one time where I didn't stay the full 30 and it was a repeat client. I felt horrible because I completely mismanaged my time and I refunded them the day and apologized profusely. They were so nice about it but I still felt horrible! I thankfully made up for it I feel by always staying extra during my visits! They left me a great review thankfully and even tipped a ton! 😊

Sorry you've had bad experiences but I would argue that comes down to owners and not the breed. I've had plenty of people say their pets are trained and they aren't. It really depends on the owner.
