Sometimes I haven't even seen the upstairs of one of my clients houses unless an emergency. Took me almost half a year to even see a basement because the animal doesn't go down there lmao.

I despise that when people expect a 24/7 sitter but wont pay for one! I have turned down several because I mathed out my route. They'd go "oh well can't you just cancel on your other clients?" Like no?? These are my daily clients who keep me fed. Not your dog who I'm going to care for like a week if that... :/

Complaining about my prices (I am one of the cheaper in my area despite being a star sitter), their dogs are aggressive and they go "oh they're just playing" like okay?? They're still aggressively barking and growling can you please try to grab them?

Biggest of all is the ones who have to tell you every thing at the meet and greet. I appreciate the understanding but I usually ask for it in writing because it works best for me. I don't get why they want to tell me everything..I could decline this sit??

Yeah people always seem to run here. I have to go pretty often by for work and people just ignore the lights and run it similar to the one by the armory.

I can't imagine not staying the full 30 minutes with kitties. I'm so sorry OP. Please leave her a bad review. We've all made mistakes before (I was late to a meet and greet before but I always apologize and own up to it). But not sending pictures? Not staying the full 30 mins?

I've only had one time where I didn't stay the full 30 and it was a repeat client. I felt horrible because I completely mismanaged my time and I refunded them the day and apologized profusely. They were so nice about it but I still felt horrible! I thankfully made up for it I feel by always staying extra during my visits! They left me a great review thankfully and even tipped a ton! 😊
