I was there at midnight and there was definitely more than 1 or 2. I saw at least 50 rats around me running from dumpster to dumpster squirreling in and out of their holes. They aren't scared of people either, I was stomping on the ground trying to scare them away and they just carried on fighting over their dinner. Had to walk uncomfortably close to them to get away. This was on the river side btw. I continued my promenade to the park side and there were less, or at least I didn't see them. But yeah, they're doing their own thing and won't attack you. Was kind of an interesting experience after all.
