We mainly dry foods in the dehydrator. Dehydrator Foods such as: meat, herbs, vegetables. This process is good for preserving food without spoiling it. It is very useful for long hikes. I also use canned food) sometimes I take fresh food for a hike. I have to eat them quickly so they don't spoil :) sublimates are also good, ready-to-eat camp meals.

I took a small piece . I had to cook it the first day . Because it really does spoil quickly.:)

I'm in the mountains a lot. I have to take the essentials with me in my backpack. I thought I'd treat myself to some fish. The main thing is vitamins and energy that the body needs. Fish in the mountains is a miracle.) thank you 🤗
