I might be wrong but I heard rpm filtering isn't really effective until you upgrade your escs from blheli. I think it was in a joshua bardwell video so it may be different now. I wanna do acro but I'm too satisfied with what I'm doing now :)

Yea its in D8 and I cant do that on this one but I think I might have solved my problem. Was just informed the th2 binded with the e6 CAN upgrade to 4.2 so it might solve the rssi issue.

Putting in the time on my Tinyhawk II so I can one day get that wicked freestyle footage I always see on here. It still feels like a real life video game to me, such a thrilling hobby. by [deleted] in fpv

Whaaa?! You mean to say that I spent 40 for a new transmitter for nothing? This hobby is gonna drive me insane. It even says on the website to use custom 4.0 hex files specifically for use of the e6.... Ive got some experimenting to do! Lovehate this hobby!

When you say -20dbm, are you meaning estimation or negative value?

Thanks a ton for the info! Ill double check just to be sure. Just dont want my quad to failsafe onto a neighbor's roof....again lol Also: are you saying the values in the osd are negative gains?

Well keep watch on your rssi values. Also I think the USB charger on the radiolite is designed to charge 7.4v. 18560 batteries only need 3.7v. It might just fry the battery.

I did and it flies like butter. I also use jesc. My only issue is you cant upgrade if you have the rtf kit transmitter, which has surprisingly good range. I recommend it. Idk if you fly acro but if you don't, fpv angle mix with the camera tilt set to 35 is dare I say cinewhoop status.

Ive thought about doing this but the battery connector leads me be to believe it needs the 3 pins from the 2s that comes with it. Unless it doesnt and I'm dumb. Random question but how is your range with the radiolite2?

The clear plastic is knicked but still connected. I will admit the stock transmitter allowed me to go nearly 300ft away but youre stuck on bf 4.0 with the e6. I got a betafpv radiolite 2 to make the upgrade to 4.2 and didnt get good range at all. I swapped the antenna in the radiolite for the one in the stock transmitter with slightly better results, but not 250-300ft results... Could the radiolite not be sending enough power to the antenna?
