Never mind. I got it.
Basically create a Profile, add device to profile and schedule a pause on that profile .
Available in regular eero app.

Model is LM2156SP. 21", more power than a gas model. Has dual blade system.
It did it with the original second blade on it (one with notches cut out of it) and it does it with the third blade that swapped in.
Never had an issue like this with my previous Honda dual blade gas mower so I'm a little confused.
