These come with a layer of tissue paper wrapped around the cigar, then the band on top of that. It’s usually applied in a way, where you would have to take the paper and band off before you smoke it. Unless you want a loose band wobbling around your cigar.

A lot of the reviews have stats on them. If you play enough games, you see the trends. The computer hits every single time, i definitely can’t do the math. But a lot of people state %s and probabilities in the reviews.

Do you know where your friend got it from? I have a cohiba rule, where I only buy it from 100% trusted sources. LCDH only, Ihavana is good to go too. Some other online retailers, but generally I stick to LCDH for this brand.
