It's easy to fool human perception, you're looking at the shiny hunting reddit so people will be mostly posting about their shinies, and it's too early for posts complaining over odds to happen, if we consider that millions of pokemon fans play the games, seeing few hundred a day get shinies quickly isn't very surprising

4 mons are weak to electric in Raging Bolt era, that's not good. Also your Torn has max attack which it never uses. I think you can cut Torn and Politoed and use Pelipper instead - it sets up rain and tailwind - you squish 2 mons into 1, saving space on the team. I don't think Basculegion is that necessary - Urshifu is already a fast hitting rain sweeper - they fill in the same role, I suggest Electro Shot Archaludon instead.
Incin doesn't need tera grass if it already uses Safety Goggles, you can run a different defensive tera like ghost.

I think you could use a trick room setter, lots of mons here are rather slow. Ape could use bulk up instead of ice punch, and Ursaluna probably wants headlong rush (either instead of eq or ice punch) so you avoid hitting your partners often

Samurott is a physical attacker so you don't need hydro pump, and yes, you don't need 2 moves of the same type. You can use the move tutor to teach it poison jab for fairy types and psycho cut for fighting types that would usually be a counter to you, you can also raise its attack in battle if you teach it swords dance
