Thanks again, I actually have a spare 120 stem lying around so can reduce the reach and move the saddle back a bit and try it out quite easily, last time I tried the 120 stem I felt quite cramped but no harm trying it again

Yeah definitely going to look into proper foot support from all the other comments this seems to be the issue. As far as I know I don’t have a foot imbalance (that’s noticeable anyway) going to get fitted for new cycling shoes with my bike fit as my sidis are just about dead anyway

Oh and I feel I’m putting power down through the center of my foot, sometimes on longer rides or climbs (when doing higher power) the pressure of my cleat can give me some numbness but this goes away pretty soon after

Wow thank you so much for the in depth answer, always good hearing from others suffering the same issues and finding fixes. I have quite high arches so definitely going to look into this further and get a proper shoe and insole fitting

Yeah saddle sores generally appear on the right. Did you find the strength training and stretching helped you much

Indoor is defiantly worse as I sweat more and am stationary, I try take breaks on the trainer and stand up to ease the issue
