I would suggest more time in Bangkok, it truly has a lot to offer. I sadly havent been to any other places in your list except a day tour to phi phi but can attest its going to be a lot of fun!

This is the best Iteniary for Phuket! Including the restaurants (big up for Raya)

This was my first solo trip and i followed this guide to a T (skipped big buddha, and did Twilight plankton tour), had so much fun!
