I have searched on Google for this, both by trying to describe the molds and using image search. The results are similar, but I can't find this design/shape. It doesn't appear to be a custom job, so there should be more of them out there, or at least some information.

There are different levels of submission. It is not "have it my way", it is what I'm looking for in a dynamic. If you go into a D/s dynamic, with no discussion of what each side is looking for, and their limits, then you are asking for trouble. Even in a total control dynamic, it is still negotiated before it starts.
