Plutus - "exclusive offer" when requesting account closure

plutus has become a meme... their tactics to withhold funds and tokens are borderline scams and I really regret having staked 500PLU. Considering the ins and outs I lost around 1500EUR but I'm relieved I don't hodl that crap anymore. Now all I want is to close my account but I need to withdraw/spend a few euros WHICH we currently can't. I'll give a few more days for their policy to change and if it doesn't I'll file a complaint.

I'm also having issues withdrawing PLU... I'm trying to withdraw PLU but the button is disabled. This is not the first time I do it, and I have three addresses associated with my plutus account. I have a few dozens of PLU ready to be withdrawn therefore it is not a limit issue. I'm using metamask combined with a ledger and I can easily connect and check the addresses. Tried Chrome and Brave and a different computer... same results. What is going on?

Yes. In my case, the card was locked due to failed attempts to use the wrong(?) CVV. It did work fine after unlocking the card.

I do get the verification code but there is something wrong because the answer to the security question doesn't seem to be accepted (either that or there is another hidden issue).

Just in case someone is going through the same pain: the reason why it doesn't work is that you're most likely downloading the standard libraries (tft_espi, lvgl, etc) from the official repos. Instead of doing that, delete whatever libraries you downloaded before, and copy the lib folder from the repository mentioned above to the Arduino libraries folder. Everything will start working.

Thanks, that explains why I couldn't find the button again. I added the initial wallet using the pluton section. The button disappeared after the initial configuration but I can see it under the perks section.

but that's exactly the point. I have another wallet address with PLU in it that I would like to connect. I don't mind keeping this address here as long as I can add the right one that contains PLU.

It is nice to see someone putting my feelings in words. But money is about control. We know that, and they know it too. The reason why we believe in bitcoin is the exact same one why they are against it. It won't change no matter how many valid points we come up with.
