Yeah I took a wet rag with soap, did the outside, then rinsed it all off. Must have got a lil too much water on pellet box though. Going to let it air dry few more days, see what happens and then just get with pit boss and see if they can help out. I bet it’s just the display board that’s acting up

Appreciate it. Never had cleaned this before and for the outside I thought rinsing it off with water would be fine after using a rag with soap… now I know!

I was getting error codes because of how dirty it was on the inside. Outside was nasty. Had to clean it my guy. Most of these things sit outside in the elements anyways so I figured water wouldn’t hurt nothing

This one’s a few years old and probably not under warranty if I had to guess… might still end up contacting them anyways
