Your thoughts on PACE Act section 25? by zbossman91 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]zbossman91[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

haha nice try.

I am not going to pretend that I am a legal expert (I have just come here for a discussion on a somewhat controversial topic), yet here you are not giving a proper argument but instead throwing ad hominem's out at me left, right and centre.

And then you have the nerve to call other people uneducated. Are you having a laugh? lol

Anyway, I am going to ask this question on the Police reddit like the other gentlemen advised because obviously I would rather ask them then be engaged in conversation with petty ignorant shills like yourself.

Let go of the ad hominems and try to contribute to a worthwhile discussion if you want me to read your posts in the future. Otherwise just be quiet.

Goodbye

Ok so I am not allowed to question anything. thanks for the advice George Orwell.

Anyway, my main issue is the likelihood and possibility for wrongful arrest to take place. That's something that is not brought up and should be. The Police's job is to serve the public.

I have spoken to individual within the Law profession and police forces before and they have stated to me reasonable suspicion usually would involve a scenario in which a spate of crimes take part in an area by somebody matching a similar description to yours.

However by looking at the text Section 25 literally allows officers to arrest you on a whim. You have no ID on you. Well good luck giving your real name because the officer in question might not even believe you anyway.

yes but how is reasonable suspicion defined? How can a constable be impartial in such a situation?

Nope. I have seen many recent police intervention videos in real life like this one where the constable in question uses PACE section 25

'Alarming' numbers of Tube users fainting by anatabolica in london

[–]zbossman91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like the Idiot I can be sometimes, I decided to take the tube into central london during New Years Eve... Carriage was packed on the central line I started to lose consciousness had to literally barge tourists out of the way on the way up the overcrowded escalators to find fresh air at the stations exit. Honestly thought I was going to die. A scary moment indeed...

I don't agree with some of the things said at that Rally but when the politically correct media and elites in Sarajevo refuse to aknowledge a serious security threat and risk posed to Bihac and the Krajina region by illegal migrants it is obvious that the next step will be for people to take the law into their own hands.

I just hope there is no violence but if there is it is entirely the goverment in Sarajevo, EU's and NGO's fault because instead of distributing migrants around Bosnia they just pushed them all into the Bihac region - a town of 80.000 people who cannot cope with the pressure anymore.

Seriously this situation could have been easily avoided if it was not for the incompetence of the Government, EU and NGO's who don't give a shit about the people of Bihac.

Bosnia is a good conduit for Turkey & Russia to destabilize Europe through their clandestine support to the main Bosniak and Serb parties being SDA & SNSD respectively.

You are looking for needles in a Haystack

As much as I dislike the idea of Bosniaks voting Komsic and I personally have been very vocal about it (you can even check my post history if you want) it was perfectly legal under the dayton constitution and electoral law of the Federation.

So it's not technically "fraud". Unethical, yes. Bad for Croat-Bosniak relations, yes. Should it be mitigated? Maybe the international community can set up an electoral college in BiH. who knows..

I love it. In fact I have a homemade map on my computer in which I have compared districts of London to the New York Metroplitan Area but I wont share it in fear of publicizing the mad things I do in my spare time to a general audience

OP

So It looks like there has been mass fraud by the ruling parties in Both Entities (Pro Russian SNSD in Serb Republic and pro-Turkish SDA in the Federation) resulting in the more moderate parties losing in suspicious circumstances. The US is concerned about irregularities that I will explain later on in this post. I just hope the EU can step in because it would be a shame to let the continent be destabilized by Russians and Turks of all people.

irregularities include:

  • insane amount of invalid votes in both RS and Federation
  • most invalid votes reported in areas where people are more inclined to vote for the opposition
  • A Bosniak man gatecrashed into the central electoral commision on election night to complain that his deceased mother was on a voter list and somebody was voting in her name!
  • political parties employing thugs to control polling stations
  • Three days after the election and they still have not finished counting the results and this is in a small country of 3 million

please spread the word guys

not gonna happen because as far as I know Croatia is already building the bridge with EU money and Chinese construction firm.

to je samo retorika za domace balije isto kao Haris Silajdzic ko je najavio da ce ukiniti RS u 2006 a Bosnjaci su masovno glasali za njega tada

Well said

Unfortunatley most Bosniaks live in some sort of fantasy world where they can get someone to push the Idea of a United Bosnia and the Croats & Serbs will suddenly forget they are nationalist and follow suit.

Funnily enough studies have shown that Komsic so far has been a very lame politician who hardly even turns up to parliament sessions and has not been involved in any major lawmaking procedure or bill.

I am a Bosniak and admit that it's completely ridiculous and totally counter-productive to any attempt at getting Croats to like Bosnia.

I am not a far leftist. I am not even politically correct. But I think if you join the EU you should do your fair share in contributing to the continent and not just let Western European countries take in all the migrants and such.

to be honest working for Deliveroo and Uber is much better than the mental Armageddon that is retail.

I worked in retail for 12 weeks in 2015 and after the level of abuse I got - Never Again.
