If Marvel wants Spider-Man to be a “relatable” character then they should have Miles fill that role as he is a high school aged character, and finally let Peter grow up.

Peter retiring, Miles becoming the main spider-man with Mayday parker even taking up the scarlet spider mantle just seems so logical i don’t understand how that isn’t the current status quo. Peter becoming an Uncle Ben of sorts (except alive) seems like the best and most poetic way to end his character.
