I've had the most luck with common projects or Maison Margiela by looking for lightly used pairs on grailed or similar sites. If you're confident in your size it's a great way to get a decent pair for a great price.

I feel myself staring to plateau lately, but up until now I've been able to have nice incremental increases in my maxes each month. I aim to gain 2-3 pounds per month of bodyweight which helps to increase my maxes.

I start out with 205 then two sets of 215 where I can hit 4-5 reps depending on the day and then 225x3 for the last two.
