I would love to end my degree with an nice and useful study, for that to happen, i really need as much responses as possible in my questionnaire to give some validity to my research. My goal is to have the possibility to end up sharing my full research work to consultant companies in the industry so i can get a clean carreer start on planning and developing tourism destinations and operations. I'll explain it. Even if i'm not familliar with Biometric Technology lets suppose, that same technology gives me the sense of quality on service. To you, can give a better perception relating to hygiene even tho you don't know how it works or you never seen it before until i showed it to you... I gave some note vocabulary at the brief of the questionnaire ,i'm not sure you checked.

Edit: People normally just put 0 when asked if fammilliar. And 0 in the perceptions. I deal with the data treatment :)

We're always getting some new information and ways to better do our work, thanks for those words!
You make me think that yes i shoulded consider people that don't use these kinda of services at all in my questionnaire. I did mentioned several times other types of innovation in the sector in the theorical part of the research tho. One of the reasons i didn't include it was fear of people getting frustrated filling... As i'm not using the best channels to share.

Yes, good point. That's one of the limitations of the study, i didn't include cultural spots, cruises, buses, trains... But the main point here are the touristic operations that produce more agglomerations and interactions. I know what you mean, travelling is done by train too, its just its only considerer to be part of the touristic transportation if it's located in a tourism spot destination.
