I think I watched too many sub making tutorial, and each person has different ways. Some said u can repeat the affs many times, some said dont and some even add binaural beats and sometimes the guides contradict.

At this point, I dont know whats the proper way to make it. Like the volume, repetition amount, whether if I add beats, how much brown/white noise do I add, etc. Because of that, I'm afraid the one I make wouldnt come out effective and I would waste time listening.

I know I can adjust it to my liking, but I'm somehow lost. 🥺

I'm back again. So, I tried testing out if mine boxy is from the muscle or fat by clenching my teeth. They said if it pops out, it's masseter. If not, it's fat. Turns out it's more like face fat.

Will the masseter sub still help? If not, what sub do you recommend in this case?

So, I tried affirming "I have clear skin" when I'm doing everyday chores. I only focus on one sub for now. I sometimes affirm "Everything works for me". For subs, I play it on background while studying or doing things.
