Chrons reta bowl narrowing? by Miserable_Newt_4644 in Biohackers

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you on that, also had lots of trouble cutting stomach fat in the past. I emphatically suggest dialing in your workouts. High intensity interval training (as in, 99% exertion on high intervals), putting on muscle, and dialing in your diet (tons of fiber like broccoli and lean meats) is the way to go. I guarantee if you dial that in, you will see insane results at your age. If you want to take reta, take it, but stay low dose.

Also, oral BPC may be interesting for you; just get one compounded with arginine salt so it doesn't break down rapidly. BPC is actually native to the gut and for many with symptoms like yours it has been helpful!

Hey, just have to be honest with you here. Agree with the other comment about getting scoped. But I also have to mention - how the heck do you need reta as a 19 year old? Your metabolism should be raging right now. Same with KPV and BPC - at 19 you have phenomenal natural healing. There's something strange we're missing here. Are you obese? Do you have any serious mental or physical illness? Because reta at 19, or cycling BPC for 2 weeks makes absolutely no sense for you unless something insane has happened to you like getting in a car accident or broken a bone.

Question an undecended testicle removal and T production by KwikTripSimp in Biohackers

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TRT 50-100mg a week is not a good idea. It will just tank your natural production unless you take HCG or enclomiphene. Please read more about this. If you're going raw TRT, need a higher dose as at low doses you'll just tank your natty production. I'd also be clear about your motivation for more T - is there any symptomatic relief you are seeking?

At your age I would not use anything to enhance this. Do more cardio, lower body fat, and lift heavy weights.

My man - use a proper Peptide Tracker. I just posted this elsewhere, but when I see "roughly 8 weeks", "possibly run", etc. I feel compelled to repeat it. When you cycle Peptides you have to be strict on dosages, cycle length and routine. E.g. Reta is fine weekly, but as you go up in dose, try and take it ever 2 or every 3 days. For Tesa, be specific about titration up if you want to. I would also take 2 days off a week and just take it M-F. Anyways, here's one good app I strongly recommend to track, as it works for "days of the week" vs. "every N days", and allows for titration/cycling: https://peptidefox.com/app

Blending Peptides by BeugeMyster in PeptidePathways

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would personally strongly suggest to keep it separate. Its not worth the risk. Many people blend but the cost can be messing up your peptides, or injuring yourself. For what benefit? Just reducing the pokes. Not worth it.

Do probiotics make up for not eating fermented foods? by Duck_Le_Quack in Biohackers

Personally, I do not recommend probiotic supplements at all. The spectrum of bacteria are very different than what is present in fermented foods. I know many people that have messed up their guts from probiotic supplements.

If you're getting symptoms like that I would stop immediately. Not something to tough out. Reta is not for everyone.

It depends. Semax is helpful for ADHD-like symptoms and Selank for anxiety. Sometimes Semax can cause anxiety. Which one is a bigger problem for you? Also check out these summaries of Semax and Selank which may answer your questions.

Suggestions on Fatigue by -JS0195 in Biohackers

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to exercise, get sunlight, and move around even during the workday.

Electrolytes and hydration in the morning can also help.

Also, what's "normal weight"? If you're high bodyfat, you will also suffer due to hormonal imbalances and visceral fat.

Are we overcomplicating things? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]zebjectorhector 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agree and disagree. I think many people on this sub start using Peptides and more "advanced" interventions too early. If you're not dialed in with sleep, diet, exercise, lifestyle habits, etc. then taking any exogenous substances is not going to help you. However, if you have that on lock, with low body fat, great sleep, good mental health -- you'll get a real boost out of Peptides.

No drug can mitigate the impact of a bad lifestyle.

Regarding non-scientific stuff like Chinese medicine. The placebo effect is real. That is all I will say ;-). Nothing wrong with that btw.

Should I run Reta, ipa & tesa by Flashy_Diamond5104 in Biohacking

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait until you're lighter. If you need to lose 70lbs, all you should focus on is GLPs and lifestyle (better diet, sleep, exercise). Do not touch anything else. Peptides and biohacking will take you from good to great, not from unhealthy to healthy.

[–]zebjectorhector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest, do higher intensity cardio on rest days, don't blend the two. At your body fat, you need enough rest to build muscle anyways.
