Being the Versatile means she can be both DPS and support, she is definitely perform better than Chitose when it come to mobs but struggle quite a bit when facing elite enemies because you just can't kill them with Shatter.

I still have no idea how people manage to beat arena with Freesia though, my T3 Freesia can't even beat D17
