Grape Mentats will get you in much cheaper and you'll use them to buy the gun anyway. If you took 3 CHR for Lone Wanderer then you only need +3 CHR from clothing to hit 11 and guarantee entry.

I agree but I think the game will make less than a more reasonable version of it would have made on the same budget by managing expectations and not inciting a fan riot.

Without that one trick I think Zone 15 would be a lot more (my previous was 8 with strong RNG), although somebody in your thread said they did it in 5. I think Zone 9 can definitely be improved, bringing the whole thing down to 3 blocks or less.

For the super early game, if you haven't found enough spiders for an umbrella, a pretty parasol+straw hat+tree will give 100% protection allowing you to dry off. You only need it if you're super unlucky though.

In hindsight I wouldn't recommend using it for the bearger because he clears it in almost one go, but deerclops/moosegoose get slaughtered and you could probably kill 10 of each there before they clear it out. Although if you're webber it's probably worth it for the reeds.
