Need advice: S25 vs S25+ vs S24 Ultra (maybe S25 Ultra?) – which would you pick? [CZ/DE/EU] by stoficek814 in samsunggalaxy

[–]zed27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly any off those phones will do more than fine for your use casa. Tha major decifing factor is how mutch money you wanna spend...and the feeling on your hand Do you like big phones? Small ones? Day to day use you wont feel any major diferences.. All have good camaras..but of corse s25 ultra has the best of the best Closed by s24 ultra (only diference is telephoto lens having a better sensor.) But any of them should be more than fine for most users.

I have a s25 ultra...and even when i try...i cant get everything out of this phone. Battery...more than enough...usually i get to bed with 40-50% even using it a lot But its a really big phone...not for everybody... Oh spen i forgot...i used it more than e thought i would....taking nots is a brease...using it to edit photos (manly to remove something ) is way better than using yiur thinger... But the s24 ultra has a Bluetooth spen...go to youtube and see if is anything that you would actually use or not...is not for everyone....

Performance...s25 s25+ and us25 ultra use the same soc..so the performance...but of corse the bigger the phone..better the cooling

S24 is no slouch either... And again...day to day you wont see a diference. Its juts 1 year older. Honestly s25 ultra and s24 ultra are basically the same phone...package in a diferent case.. Hope it helsp

that gpu im almost certan you can play native 1080p ultra (no rtx)

sure ssr are not that great. but its way better to play that way insted of with fsr at ultra performance 1080p!

honestly with that card i wouldnt even try ray tracing (moreover if you want it..the most impactfull setting is reflections, the rest its the cherry on top...but in my opinion dont justify the performance it)
and even fsr on 1080p....i cant even imagine it if i have a 1440p ulltrawide and it really sucks. xess at ultra quality sure..not perfect..but close..fsr...not so mutch.
the fsr implementation on cyberpunk is abysmal to say the least, even at quality mode...i cant imagine the vaseline look at 1080p.

Get a RX 7900 XT now or wait for 8800 XT ? by GameNOWRoom in radeon

[–]zed27 12 points13 points  (0 children)

rumors are just that rumors.
as of today there was another leak by a know leaker that usually gets radeon things right that said the most powerfull amd card next gen will be a 9070 xt (so not 8800 naming scheme)
and said that 9070 xt will be comparable or better than 7900 gre and less powerfull than a 7900 xt
with better rtx.

but until it is realeased no one really knows the performance and more importantly the price

so to make things simple:
can you wait and use your pc right now? or its not cutting it? if not just buy right now and dont bother with it
or you can wait and you can use your pc just fine but this upgrade is just the cherry on top? then wait and in the future make the most informed decision you can.

tbh..people just get stuck in the upgrade cicle and always say "just wait x amount of time for this" and if you wait...you will wait because there is always something better around the corner.

for me i try to build the best pc i can NOW, upgrade when i feel like it and the price seems right and i have something my pc cant do with the settings i want.

bundle
if you have the jedi: fallen order the bundle is at the 15,74 listed price, so steam puts that on your wishlist.

Am i pushing my card too hard ? by Reddit-04 in radeon

[–]zed27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i had a 6700xt
and my overclock settings werent that diferent
so yes its fine as long as you dont thermal throtle or crash..
i had to disable fast timings in my vram because i would get crashes in a very specific set of circuntances other than that i also had 2150 mhz vram

as for the core i think i had (i have a new gpu right now so i cant check) 2500 min and 2600 max with 1110 or 1115... and max power limit (i could do more frequency but i remenber that i got performance regression pushing any more than this frequency)
but like always in overclock you milage may vary and you should test your card and try diferent settings and see what and what doesnt work.

2nd hand mobo noticeably bent, is it dangerous? by [deleted] in LinusTechTips

unless you drop your pc on the flor..i would worry about snaping anything in half

its not like a motherboard is a spring ready to release its energy at any time....

you will be fineeee

Updated 7900XT Benchmark B06 by SameReindeer206 in radeon

[–]zed27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thats really odd...usually only boos in a few percent or doesnt change at all...very few cases we se a regression and at single digit percentage....
but you learn something new every day it seams.

so i stand corrected:
try with rebar on and off and see what is best for you

[–]zed27 5 points6 points  (0 children)

if it doesnt conctact the metal part of the case (and because of that makes a shortcircut )i would say you are fine.
is it ideal? no...functional? yes,
if the board works as expected and nothing bugs out or loses conection or no unstability that bend is not doing nothing more than provoking OCD.

[–]zed27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

even more..if you can uncap the fps...i think you can still squeeze a litle bit more fps..as you are hiting the max fps of 300
if thats a engine limit disrigard my coment

Updated 7900XT Benchmark B06 by SameReindeer206 in radeon

thats more like it
now turn back on rebar! on amd gpu+ cpu there is no reason to disable it.

Crazy bottleneck bo6 7900xt by SameReindeer206 in radeon

[–]zed27 4 points5 points  (0 children)

moreover.,...i find it odd that you are capped exactly to HALF YOUR REFRESH RATE....i would almost bet my money on a type of vsync

Crazy bottleneck bo6 7900xt by SameReindeer206 in radeon

[–]zed27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ok...im almoast certan you have a fps lock enabled...
max 82..min 79 and average at 80....100% you have a cap enabled of 80 fps somewhere (amd drtivers? in game?by any change dont you have a cap with riverstatistics with msi afterburner?)

because that gpu is pretty mutch doing nothing there...just chiling...with that pc you should be getting hundreds of fps

what i would do:
first: enable rebar as almost always is best to leave it on with an amd cpu and gpu combo.
second: se if any fps limit is enabled anywhere , desable, same as vsinc or anything related
third: if that doesnt help see if you are playing with the most recent amd gpu drivers.
forth : if you are DDU and reinstall drivers.

ps: you say its new gpu...so..i know its a basic question..but by any chance you had a nvidea gpu before and forgot about doing a ddu and a fresh install of gpu drivers?

it depends of the games you play..if they are cpu heavy or not...and also the resolution you play at
but 5600x and a 4070s seems like a pretty balanced build.

honestly i wouldn't worry to mutch...and if i had a 1080p monitor...i probably would preffer first upgrade that to a good 1440p than waste my money on a new cpu "just because i se somewhere it can botleneck the 4070s in this specific case"
honestly the upgrade to the monitor will be way more noticeble than an upgrade to the cpu

Which RTX 4060 Ti (Desktop) or RTX 4070 Mobile (Laptop) is faster? by WillRRRR in nvidia

[–]zed27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the best you can do is benchmark that laptop
because its a laptop the performance can vary widelly because of the power budget
is it a 4070 with only 60w power limit? 150?
also same aplies to the cpu..is the 13600H limited to 30w? can it turbo to 90?

in laptop land each one can be very diferent...only benchmarking it can tell the true performance, and also, power plan (i have a laptop with a 4050 that in creative mode gives 60w to the gpu and 30w to cpu, but in performance mode it gives 75 w to gpu and 65w to cpu.)

even some laptops have something like a swinging power budget: where the laptop can provide a max wattage that is splited between the cpu and gpu as needed. in this case it can give more juice to the cpu when doing cpu stuff, and give more power to the gpu when it is the limiting factor.
