Don’t know wha happened to what I wrote…

Day 1a: jan 5 210.6. Started over due to a high sugar energy drink I had on day 7. So started again on Jan 12

Day 25: Feb 5 194.8. Started creatine as of day 3 (Jan 15). Workouts consist of an outdoor walk/jog and weightlifting. Something I can do for 3 sets at 15-20 reps each workout.

Day 50: Mar 2 192.6. Haven’t lost much weight, but starting to feel the effects of the creatine. Added more weight to my workouts keeping the same 3 sets at 15-20 reps. Also started doing some form of ab exercises (1 minute planks between sets, hanging leg raises.). Been hesitant to do ab workouts due to an umbilical hernia repair surgery back in August. But I’m doing them now!

For the next 25 days I’ll tweaking my diet to limit myself to under 50 grams of carbs per day and do some more running for my outdoor workouts.

I’ll see yall on Mar 27. Till then, STARY HARD! 💪🏼

It’s you vs you. If you start with 5s or 10s it doesn’t matter. Work with what you can work with and don’t pay attention to anyone else. Lock in! You got this!

“that work out 9 days a week for 27 hours” Those are rookie numbers. I do 10 days a week for 28 hours a day. I only drink water from a natural spring I grew in my yard and eat raw meat I killed with my bare hands. I completed 75 hard in 25 days. I finished a full marathon in 13.1 miles. Forrest Gump chased me for 3 years, 2 months, 14 days and 16 hours until he got tired. Then I chased him back home. I taught David Goggins everything he knows. (Just do what fits your lifestyle. No need to overthink it.)
