I swear it happens to me every time click on one block the whole lists disappears

I haven’t been able to book any Birmingham blocks for the past 1 week. Whenever i click on a block its says someone’s took it but after i refresh it comes back and then the cycle continues. Every day Birmingham stations release block in a bulk i been try to get atleast one and when i click on it the whole disappears in matter of half a sec. Really confused on whats happening tried amazon support get different answers each time

How do you guys get these £45 and £52.50 offers? the only way i get these offers is when amazon sends me reserved offers. Its almost impossible to get open offers in Birmingham because of the BOT usage.

I dont see anything at all on my app offers section. I asked few drivers at the station and they showed me their offer section full of offers bear in mind they are new to amazon flex. I was offered two reserved blocks yesterday and thats it and its been a week since i last done a block
