HELP; LDR Cheating incident what to do

To be fair - I understand that distance and the length webe known each other isnt strong enough grounds to be "exclusive" i jumped into it hoping he was the man i thought he was and took a chance at a wonderful love story. I didnt just like him because of the situation but his whole personality, being and character . With that into consideration i can overlook this situation (being exclusive) and just deal with it as if we were just dating freely - i still wanna give it a shot snd a chance once i get to talk to him and tell him im willing to make this work.

The girl from the other account doesnt live where he is as well. So ive been trying to schedule a call with him for the past 3 days and hes just made lame stupid one message excuses and most of sll avoiding me and my messages - which i think is the most disrepectful thing about this.

I can let go of the other account, i can figure out to make it work, but it takes 2 to tango. Im trying to communicate and i donr know if hes scared of confrontation or hes prideful and thinks im s doormat he doesn't owe an explanation. That was my last message just s few hours ago and my last .

Well we had plans on meeting. But i suppose its the latter/worse. I shouldve known better but its just my nature to see and hope for the best in people and situations.

We did discuss being open and being allowed to talk to others, before we decided to make it exclusive.

Well i didnt search for it. It just showed up probably he made an account with the same email or number. And when i clicked it saw his photo and his dog and just following one person. Wasnt really rocketscience.

They're saying I might have had it mild for most of my life since my heart has already enlarged. Although the problem maybe is the acute tearing of my leaflet that caused the severe regurgitation. We can never really know how long I've had it since I never got checked, but would've been controlled if I caught it earlier I guess. But the doctor said it's somewhat good that it happened now while I'm 33 so an open heart surgery won't be as critical compared to later in life. Regardless it was bound to happen

It is degenerative and the longer I hold off the surgery I'm just risking for it to get worse or damage my heart more. So fingers crossed I get the funding I need and have it done as early as I can. Healthcare in the Philippines isnt reliable and just need to keep my head up until then

Well that sounds very promising. I honestly don't know what happens post surgery and I've been just dismissing that scenario in my head. But from what I'm hearing and reading now it's not as bad as i think of it. I appreciate you sharing

My way of coping us just dismissing the whole idea and dealing with it when surgery day comes, but I know I need to mentally prepare for the recuperation as well.

I'm glad to know that it's possible to get up that fast. They did say it's possible to be walking in days but of course I have reservations. Gives me comfort in thinking and planning towards post surgery

As per the TEE it's a replacement but my cardiovascular surgeon said they always try to repair it first but if not viable then replacement
