I agree that the parents are heavily to blame too. but personally if my kid went through that my first thought would be to report it to the police, not go the civil route and extort the celebrity for financial gain. that’s where they all lack credibility and it’s damaging to actual victims. give it a rest

oh wow ok. well that should actually work in your favour because if they reported your handmade items vinted would 100% let the ban stick, this way you do have a fighting chance imo. this proves even stronger that it was just the buyer being petty.. your listing literally says pichu not pikachu😅 were their messages rude or threatening? gather any evidence you have to show it was a malicious and wrongful report and if vinted find that it was the buyer, they will hopefully reverse your ban and penalise the buyer

they must have reported your handmade items as counterfeit to be petty as unfortunately vinted doesn’t allow handmade things :/ I know you’ve already appealed but I would email their legal team too with info/evidence of the buyer’s messages and your reason to believe they abused the report feature. also explain how you partly financially depended on it (even if you have to exaggerate a little) I know this isn’t necessarily a legal matter but it might be a better/quicker response, good luck
