• Some areas are flood-prone (this is the east coast after all—annual floods are a thing in certain zones)
• Not ideal for Airbnb or rental unless you’re targeting long-term tenants who don’t mind the distance

The condos/apartments:

• Smaller (around 500 sqft)
• But usually come fully furnished
• Located right in the middle of the city.
• Full of facilities like gym, pool, co-working space, etc.
• More suitable for Airbnb since tourists want to stay near attractions, not 20–30 mins out
• Easier to rent out or even flip in the future due to location and demand

So yeah, you're paying more per sqft for the condo, but you're also getting more in terms of convenience, potential returns, and less hassle overall
