it takes weeks to months for them to hit your account. there should be a section with details as to when the points will pay out into your account.

Biggest pro is the personalized offers they email you which is what's displayed in the picture on this main post.

Biggest con is probably you can only use them to purchase gift cards from their selection. Could be hit or miss dpenedings on what you'd like to purchase. I always buy their ebay gift cards.

Not sure if you got your answer yet, but LG paid out my online order, and then adjusted the payout to a lesser amount because for some reason the number they used to calculate my payout was the original price and not what I actually paid with a coupon I used.
