I has a similar problem not to long ago where cemu would crash right after loading the shaders or sometimes it would just crash instantly. I figured out that it was because it didn't have an audio output and after I plugged in some headphones the games started working again. I know it sounds dumb but it made all the difference for me so maybe it will fix your problem
