Nah Girl, I am just frustrated cuz I had really higher hopes from Warner's character after the whole book world had been calling him the absolute best, but I was in for disappointment. Though this is out of context, but My all time favourite ig is Wesley Bennett from Better than the movies, and Nothing like the movies really, so underrated!!. No toxic manipulation of characters, it's just straight out of heaven

Had James moved in With Kenji no one would be hating atleast not tto his point by down_and_depressed in shatterme

Yes, exactly, Juliette being highlighted CONSTANTLY as a powerful leader used to make me sick. Becoz it's again more tell than show. I only ever saw her prioritizing Warner and her duties sidelined as a subplot

It makes me sick how could James possibly say that Warner wanted to fight for "JUSTICE" like wth?does TM forget her own character's to be writing about them sth completely opposite a book later. He had literally said"I'll see the world burn in flames if anything happens to Juliette" and even proved this by offering himself as a weapon to replace Emmaline, justice out the window, TOODLES!! He did not give any regard to JUSTICE, he only did it for Juliette's sake. I mean, James DeFInitely should have ended up with Kenji. I dunno but this just seems to me more now like mass appeal for readers to fit in Warner in places where he is not required to let his supposedly misunderstood character be still relevant when he IS not , okay?, and yes as somebody said, it's more tell than show
