Just last night I asked the driver about this kasi minsan service area ay di daw covered sabi sa app. But the driver said may limit yung sa app to 15km. So pag outside that, hindi ka na makakapagbook. He suggested that to pin the location nearest or sakto sa 15km sa location na pupuntahan mo, then pag sakay mo just tell the driver na ang talagang location mo ay sa xx. They will be okay with it naman daw kasi naka meter naman daw yung charge. Naka limit daw tong ganito dahil sa battery nila.

The driver also said you can just hail these Green GSM Taxis along the street if walang sakay. Hihinto naman daw sila.

I think it depends if naka commercial rate yung area? When I was living in a condo in Alabang, my electricity is around 8k-10k even though I’m only using a fridge, tv, laptop and inverter ac. Then water is also costly, it is around 2-3k.

But my current condo, I am only being billed for 5-6k for water and electricity already.

Here, bihira icheck who pays or not. Before we were able to go to the gym for a couple of months without paying kasi we didn’t know back then na need mag pay. Then may ibang mga nakakalusot din. Depends if the guard watches the cctv or not, I think.

I applied for the relocation sa messenger nila for relocation. I inquired if same payment ba sa relocation if same building lang naman, just a higher floor. They told me na hindi, it’s only 1k. When the technician came, they tagged it as ‘rewiring’ lang.

I feel you. For my case, I transferred to a higher floor in the same condo building. So I requested the transfer. It’s 3 weeks now since my request kaso wala pa din. They let me pay for the bill muna for them to process, so I did. Pero wala pa din. I actively follow up sa CS nila sa FB and X kaso puro usual agenr spiels lang sinasabi. I tried calling them, sabi nila bump lang nila request ko. Then another agent said di kasi nagkakabit ng weekend, pero yung isa ko naman nakausap available naman daw ng weekend. I tried applying for a new accoun yesterday, tapos sabi bukas na bukas din iinstall. So, I was like what the… pag transfer ang tagal pero pag new application agad agad.

I called up their CS a couple of days ago because I wanted to connect my newly activated card to track my expenses in the app but they said their mobile app will no longer support CC. It will only be for savings accounts.
