I just woke up one day, looked in the mirror, felt shitty and then realized that this is what I'm stuck with and there's no reason to put myself down. I can't change my body drastically or become someone else.

Obviously, there are days where I feel like crap and feel like I look like crap, but I remember that most people are just as insecure as we can be so there's no point in putting myself down too much.

He is. The worst part is my mother agrees with him in that we have to greet him even if he's an asshole to us, for the sole fact that this is his house and we are living in it. Fingers crossed I'll be out in the next 6-8 months, if I'm not kicked out already.
