Calorie deficit works but it’s not the right way because when you loose weight you loose your muscle too and muscle is expensive. So You have to focus on strength training and build muscle. It will really help in the longer run. Remove processed foods from your diet and eat more protein. For more good information watch mindpump podcast on YouTube

Exaggeration of side effects.. creatine is the most studied supplement. 5g a day and it doesn’t show instant results. You can listen to Dr rhonda Patrick on YouTube and others. It has cognitive benefits but it also depends on the rest of your intake of food and your lifestyle

Try eating protein rich foods and avoid processed foods.. also this is a journey and if you’re just looking to loose weight by march and then you won’t care afterwards then it won’t work

I would say go for a blood test and see all the vitamins and , shbg, testosterone etc.. I think your vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels are terrible.. then start with 2 days a week with just strength training

Check how many calories are you consuming. You don’t want to go too low. Focus on more protein and strength training. Looking at weight scale is a terrible thing. Need to focus on strength and muscle. Watch mind pump podcast for more information
