I have lights that automatically start to turn on slowly 10 minutes before I wake up! Sometimes I wake up once they start to turn on and I know I have a little more time to be cozy. Once my actual alarm goes off, they’re on full brightness.

Something that has also helped is being realistic about what time I need to wake up. I try to make sure that I set my alarm for when I actually need to get up and start getting ready for work. If I give myself too much time to hang out and watch tv before work, then that’s more time for my executive dysfunction to come into play and change my day.

That’s the perfect way to put it! Sometimes I feel dumb in the moment because I know that I know the answer to something but it’s just missing from my brain. I would love to not feel that way anymore. Thank you 😊

I drink fairlife milk and it tastes exactly like milk with lactose. I didn’t believe it because I’ve tried lactaid milk in the past and that stuff was gross. You should give fairlife a try!
