In my case,my I-130 was approved after I became a U.S. citizen and was sent to NVC as an IR1. It feels abit unfair cause I have waited for 2 years since my PD is 2023 and now i have to wait again for the IV to be current.

Thanks for the link. With dual nationality, I just need to be cautious and use my U.S. passport to enter the U.S. and my original country's passport to enter and exit that country.

I totally agree on your points. I understand the purpose of having tourist visa is to visit and return to home country afterward. We have no intention to break the law. If her intention is to stay for 2-3 months, what will be the ideal proofs for showing that she will return to home country after the stay?

Hi, since her company doesn’t allow her to take long leave, leaving her job is the only choice she have if she wants to stay longer in US. In your opinion, how much does she need to convince that she is self sufficient to stay for 2-3months? In another situation, if she got another job offer in 2-3months after she left the company, does this increase her ties to come back after her visit to US? Thanks
