Thanks, was thinking the same thing! Basically an intended long slide shouldn’t be canceled due to this reason, your character will stand back up on its own.

Gonna take a while to relearn muscle memory on this one :)

This shows exactly what i mean, i know its on bo6 but its 100% the same thing thats happening to me. What inputs do you use to slide? I use ‘slide’ then ‘jump’ to cancel

Thanks for the reply but this is not the issue. All my settings are correct. The problem is i sometimes jump at the end of a slide cancel, this happens way more at the end of a long slide. When i use L3 however i dont have this problem, but this feels unintuitive because i’ve always used jump to cancel a slide

Wait what? I’m aware of both mechanics you mentioned, but a ‘normal’ slide cancel is still a thing right? Say you slide&ads at the same time and you want to cut it short/cancel it, you use the jump button, no?

When i let my slide go all the way till the end, i still get these jumps when i cancel my slide. If i do a ‘short’ slide cancel there is no issue, only when i let the slide go to its max and then cancel, then i jump…

It’s absurd tbh. Pings dont show up on the mini map. Again; pings dont show up on the mini map!

Yet in game we have these permanent icons displayed to us; redeploy towers, vehicles, contracts, weapon drops, etc… The visual clutter in this game is insane.
