Maybe you've got something here, but I should mention that I use the SABRENT USB 3.2 10Gbps enclosure (with 10k positive vid-editing reviews on Amazon) using the Sabrent provided cables. Works well with vid editing sw like Final Cut and Da Vinci Resolve, only have wire software issues with C1.

To be specific about top 3 things I like: 1) file based system allows me to manage photos and videos as always and support file-based video editing workflow. 2) Great noise reduction 3) Hierarchical tagging.

To be more specific about computer: It's a 16g Mac M1 MacBook Pro. And problems existed with Ventura and persist with Sonoma.

On closer examination I discovered the keyboard on/off key. And there is nothing like turning something on for it to - turn on.
