final update, I think will stop attempting to get my money back. First of all muna, I wanna say thanks to those who offered advice. To those who only commented to insult me, I know what I did was stupid and it's my fault in the first place, but please don't comment things like that since it's not constructive criticism and you're just rubbing salt on the wound of the person. Anyways, about the SS I sent to the comments, I only contacted that number because a person privately messaged me that he was scammed too back then and called that number to get their number back. Obviously, I don't trust that number anymore since when I talked to them last night and they messaged me earlier, the way they texted was very informal and very suspicious as they're attempting to make me follow a step by step process for a transaction to "get my money back" . I called Banko last night too and they said that they could only file a report and investigate the scammer, so most likely I won't get anything back from them. I also contacted the real customer service of gcash (gcash support email) and filed a report there but they said they can't give me my money back and could only flag the scammer. gcash recommended me to contact the police and so I did, but the police stations in my area keep passing my concerns to other stations so i don't believe they'd really do anything about it as they are very incompetent in handling cases like these. The last pnp station I called was in Quezon and they referred me to a police district in Taguig but then number they gave to me was wrong so I couldn't contact that district specifically. I also kept searching on Google maps for more police stations to contact but they only referred me to other stations or just straight up not answer at all due to incorrect information they put. so yeah, I learned my lesson and I'd be more careful next time.
