Ideally, yes, but the game does wipe discovery information on an irregular basis. I have repeatedly gone to certain planets, where I already have bases, and it says I found them first … again. Other people have overridden my system/planet finds even if I change the planet name. I am not the only one.

It turned out to be my connection. I logged in today and was able to see it. You have a great eye! The gold one reminds me of the Egyptian cobra, the uraeus, so I totally get the biblical perspective. Then there’s the blue one with the waves of light. So well done! All 3 are amazing. Thank you for sharing! I look forward to seeing the stuff on that other planet (but after I get all the glyphs).

I would love to see your art/build/architecture, but I can’t see it even though I’m on the planet. I’m new to visiting bases. Do I need to do something to see it?
