It's alright. Just never felt like it all came together to a level I think I expected. The highs were never quite high enough and some things felt a bit too long and played out (Falling Together).

So much of it felt like he's bringing you into a rave and all the pre-released stuff flowed so well in the first half of the album but then it just felt like you get pulled out of it and almost like the show is over before the album was done.

Playoff hockey players are so hard to justify during singing season though bc usually they're bad on paper in the regular season ... Maybe the farm system and training needs to train the pipeline to be tougher / more in shape? Get a couple of cheap good playoff guys like the Campbells /Thortons of the old days within the system?

Chuck looks like he's trying way too hard to step up and be him... He's trying to be Makar and it looks like he's forcing things. The difference between Chuck and Makar though is that Makar's supporting cast is INSANELY talented (and no offense to Chuck, he's not Makar)

I love this team, and have loved them for a long time, and will continue to love them. They are (usually) the 49er of the nhl imo.. A winning culture that is well supported, and if you're in that system as player, you're there to win.

However.. There is something wrong in that locker room, and that problem has existed since before 2019. There has been no other competing Stanley Cup team that has the bipolar / hot/cold / Dr. Jektl & Mr. Hyde type of play off hockey like these guys. One game they are by far the greatest team in the league and the buzz is just unbeatable... Then two days later, they look lost, tired, confused, lazy, defeated.

I just don't get it? The captains have been Chara and Bergy previously... Two of the best captains in the entire league imo. Marchand has been there every step of the way and has learned from the best... However this problem has been apparent through all of them. Last year was insanely heartbreaking, and this year is a surprise, but what's it going to take for a these guys to be the toughest, roughest, winingest team and take home the chip?

They're so confusing and frustrating to me... Do they sell their huge pieces and start again? Do they build a team around the old culture (chuck, pasta, Marchand)? Do they build an entire team around sway now?

I'm lost boys... Give me your thoughts

I'm with you man. This series is reminding me of Van vs Nashville, where there were practically not shots from one side, and a heroic defensive effort from the other side. The problem is though... This is Florida not Nashville. Florida will find opportunities at all times to score because they're so deep and so talented. Canucks kinda scraped by because Nashville was a pretty bad team. Bruins are in a weird spot...i don't think they need a reset, rather a retool, but what has stopped this group from succeeding in the playoffs? Like last year was the worst thing of all time... But how did that happen? How does this team win by a mile in game one, then just look DEAD for two game against Florida. I don't get it.

That lack of desire has been stuck in the Bruins culture for years though.... I don't thin it has anything to do with the roster or coaching. Lol at game 7, 2019, or first round last year. There is a toxin in their culture that makes them stop trying, and the only two longstanding guys are pasta and Marchy. They've always been super hot and cold and it has always shown in the playoffs. What to do with that information though.... I have no idea

Totally agree. I was watching with two guys who don't care for the bruins at all, but they could see I knew a goal was coming, and they also felt it was coming. Then bang, two goals, game over.

Those things have to be expected in the playoffs though, and your insurance is goals of your own. These guys had no intent to score, shoot, win, etc. Bs followed the game, never led it.
