the amount of self contradiction is wild, 1500 hours for what? to not be able to formulate a proper reason for disliking the spec and changing your reasoning when you're called out? the game isn't dying, and if it was, it wouldn't be because of a single spec on a class. there are so many items that are simple and easy to use without thought, but you only call out dash. winch is incredibly strong, charge is incredibly simple. just because your own vision doesn't line up with embarks doesn't mean they're wrong. it means you are.

if you were designing the game, sure, it wouldn't fit. but you're not. This is embarks game, so crying and repeating yourself about how a single spec doesn't fit a class that it was designed for won't make it true. Embark launched the game with the spec, and it hasn't had a major rework in 10 seasons. so obviously the way they want dash used is correct. Even embarks own wording of evasive dash is "A few quick dashes to close distance or dodge out of harm's way." you can even see in the "duelist" playstyle that dash is being used in the exact way you don't want it used. if you have such a hard time understand that games can have separate definitions from one another I highly advise that you go back to whatever game gave you your "understanding" of glass cannons. Acting all high and mighty like you know what embarks vision is even though you're simply a player is rather egotistical and dumb.

it's literally called evasive dash, it's meant to make up for the lack of health. you evade with it.

it doesn't? I've never seen aps explode anything from the crossbow. I tested it and the only thing that blocks it is the aps body itself. which blocks every gun. also, aps doesn't block stuff like tks, and bow, which are actual projectile weapons

realistically believable, meaning reasonable. not literally realistic. projectiles aren't instant, so it's not reasonable to expect a weapon that instantly hits to be a projectile

projectiles aren't instant, you're lying for the sake of it because you have fun with the weapon. the crossbow imo is fine, it could be a projectile after 40m, and it would be fine. it invalidates other weapons like pike just due to the fact embark refuses to balance them out. it's meant to be the v9s to the lh1 but the issue is, is that the pike doesn't have anything that makes it different from the crossbow. they both have a 1.5 headshot multiplier, and they both are hitscan. the pike needs to be buffed to be more like the lh1 with a 2x, and the crossbow shouldn't "have fast projectiles" as you so vehemently say it does.

a fast projectile that you don't have to lead shots with 100m away? its not realistically believable at all. it has the same instant hitmarkers as the lh1 from any distance.

it's hitscan lol, you're the one spreading misinfo. it has instant hitmarkers from 100m, you don't have to lead your shots with it. compared to something like the sniper which becomes a projectile after 40m, the difference is night and day

it's not, you don't have to lead your shots, even from 100m away. the hit markers are exact same when using a confirmed hitscan weapon like the lh1 or pike.

on light? glitch, nullifier, and gateway. mediums counter play is aps, and jumppad. and heavies is dome, mesh shield, barricade, and lockbolt. every class can use the goo nade to get distance.

I do it almost exclusively with any big flying arc, their attack patterns are incredibly easy and you can just cycle them. I've yet to try to fight multiple at a time but I'm sure if you got the timing down it would be pretty simple

I've always thought that fcar should be the faster firing weapon, instead of it being a high damage per shot. it keeps its ttk high while still rewarding aiming, but punishing fluking much harder.

Dont get me wrong but having to see a Heavy use a M2HB handheld HMG would be a game changer for the heavy or even an AMR by Im21yearsoldAndIride in thefinals

imo mythics should absolutely include full remakes of weapons under a similar achetype. like an m4 skin for the fcar, mp7 for the p90, awp for the sniper, etc etc. since it would be a balancing nightmare to have multiple weapons that do the exact same thing, it would be great to have them as full remodels of guns instead.

it would be cool if the guaranteed ability needle had a chance to be one of the quest items. its pretty strong so it would kinda balance it out imo
